Parents and Providers Child Care Rescue!

We'll provide you with a checklist of criteria, and we'll let you know how much of that list the childcare center you choose must meet before you enroll your child.  We'll also provide you with our list of prescreened pre-approved child care centers in your area.

If you are having problems with your current childcare and need help addressing those issues effectively...we can assist you with that as well.  We want to make sure your child is in the right environment for your family.

If you need to file a complaint about your current Child Care provider fill out the form below. We can either address help you address the issue or use it as a center review to help better inform other parents. 

 

PYCF will keep your information confidential unless a specific request is made by you or unless you give direct permission.

 

Depending on urgency, your complaint may be anonymously investigated or reported to Community Care Licensing.
